This RCGF Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1unit:Beverage Machinery is used to produce polyester bottled frush juice, energy drink, mixd beverage machinery and other non-gas beverage machinery. The RCGF Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1unit:Beverage Machinery can finish all the process such as press bottle, filling and sealing, it can reduce the materials and Outsiders touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency.

The suspending bottle-neck conveyor structure makes the bottles stably during the high speed moving conditions, and make changing bottle model more conveniently. Human machine interface touch-screen and PLC program make it a high degree of automatic production. All parts that have directly contact with the water are made of high quality stainless steel. The main electrical components are from international famous companies. such as Mitsubishi Schneider, Omron.

Product Details

Bottle Washing

1. The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.

2. All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.

3. The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.
4. The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips
bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
5. The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall,and also saves rinsing water.

Filling head

1. Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304.
2. Filling valves are made of SUS316L.
3. Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.
4. Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.
5. Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball.
6. Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.
7. Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck.

Capping head

1.Efficient centrifugal cap sorting method, with less cap abrasion.

2.The cap-dropping rail is equipped with a mechanism for preventing the reverse cap from passing through and removing the cap. When there is no cap on the cap-dropping rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the appearance of uncapped bottles.

3.The capping machine is equipped with a bottle inlet detection switch, and the cap locking cylinder at the connection between the cap drop guide and the cap dial controls the discharge of the cap in a chain to ensure that the cap is stopped when there is no bottle, and the loss of the cap is reduced.
4.The cap sorting device is equipped with a cap missing detection mechanism, which is used to control the start and stop of the bottle cap elevator.

5.Magnetic constant torque capping head, the capping effect is stable and reliable, and the capping defective rate is less than 0.2%
